Dear All,
Chefs Association of Malaysia, Penang Chapter is please to inform that our team (senior and junior) lead by our Hon-Advisor Chef Franco Ho PJK had brought back the "Best Asian Chef Award", "Best Breakfast Chef Award" cum 5 silvers, 5 bronzes and 4 diplomas in the recent concluded 1st Asia Culinary Cup at Bangkok Thailand.
In line with exposing our junior chefs, Penang Junior Chefs Club under the guidance of CAM Pg. Chapter had send in 3 junior chefs and all came back not only with medals but also the "Best Breakfast Chef" award beating many senior chefs. We are proud of their achievement and wishes them all the best in the coming future.

Warmest greetings from Chefs Association of Malaysia, Penang Chapter!
First and foremost, I wish to thank WACS President, Chef Gissur for endorsing our event, Penang Chefs Challenge 2010 as a WACS Approved Regional Competition. We are humbled and honored to accept this recognition and promise to uphold the standard set upon by WACS. We are also proud to inform that our Tourism Minister YABhg. Dato Ng Yen Yen from the Federal Ministry of Tourism had earmark Penang as the Food Capital of Malaysia; hence Penang Chefs Challenge will be part of the national International Food & Fruits Festival celebration in 2010!
Penang Chefs Challenge (PCC) is now into the 4th edition, and had grown in popularity since it inception in 2004. Teams from Germany, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia had pitted their culinary skills here before. I believed they had gain great memory and are striving to come back soon. We would like to inform that the panel of judges will comprise of notable personality from WACS and the industry.
To ensure that you are not left out, the Organizing Committees with great pleasure would cordially invite you and your organization to participate in this very exciting culinary competition and craft a name for yourself in 4th – 6th June 2010 at Penang International Sport Arena.
We welcome any challengers from oversea or local teams to do BATTLE in Penang!
