Ayam masak merah(malay food)

Malay Cuisine | Main Dish Category | Prep 15minutes | Cook in 10minutes

Ingredients

  • malay
  • 1. ayam
  • 2. daun pandan
  • 3. 4 sekawan
  • 4. lengkuas
  • 5. halia
  • 6. cili boh
  • 7. bawang putih
  • 8. bawang merah dan bawang besar.
  • 9. tomato pure.
  • 10. garam dan gula sekucup rasa.
  • I got this recipe. but if the recipes I tried too hard to find recepi from other chefs .... sorry ...

Directions

  • 11. Fried chicken. do not get too ripe
  • 22. then sauté garlic, shallots and onions. (blander)
  • 33. input ginger and galangal (blander)
  • 44. input chili paste until cooked.
  • 55. input cloves, cinnamon.
  • 66. pandan leaf input
  • 77. input of salt and sugar to taste (not to ajimoto)
  • 88. Then, enter the chicken has been fried.
  • 99. Cook until boiling.
