Babaghanush-Egg Plant with Sesame Paste

Chinese Cuisine | Appetizers Category | Prep 5minutes | Cook in 30minutes

Ingredients

  • Purple eggplant 100 gm
  • Tahina 30 ml
  • Fresh garlic 3 clove
  • Fresh lemon 10 ml
  • Table salt 3 gm
  • Olive oil 0.250ml
  • Red radish 20 gm

Directions

  • 1Roast Egg plant on the charcoal till cooked.
  • 2Removed skin and chopped the egg plant.
  • 3Mixed all the rest of the ingredient and drizzled with olive oil and served.
