My Chili Crab
5 red onion onion, diced 8 garlic cloves 5cm piece ginger, peeled 4 small whole red chilli 100ml olive oil 5 medium cooked crab, cleaned, cut into large pieces 5tbsp sweet chilli sauce 5tbsp tomato ketchup sugar, salt, W.Vinegar, black pepper crushed, Squid gravy & sesame oil to taste Chopped spring onion, Coriander leaves and sliced red chilli for garnishing.
1 Process the onion, garlic, ginger and chilli to a smooth paste 2 Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add chilli paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, add the crab stir-fry to coat. 3 Add the sweet chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and season to taste & stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until well combined and hot. 4 Serve the chilli crab sprinkled with spring onion coriander and sliced chilli.
