Golden BBQ Steamboat Restaurant situated at 38-42 Nagore Road behind Penang Plaza in Penang, Malaysia.

Located among a row of beautifully-crafted heritage hourses built some 100 years ago, the restaurant is a hive of activity after dusk.

It is run by Joseph Yeong and his partner, Dennis Lim, who have made a success of this venture since it started operations in 2002.

It offers a wide variety of fresh seafood, local dishes and delicacies, spicy tom yam, and of course the do-it-yourself barbecue.

On auspicious days, the restaurant will prepare special dishes to commemorate the occations. Catering services are available on request.

Maintaining the ambience of a heritage building, has been attracting a stream of patrons who love the steamboat delights.

Many of our customers are tourists from Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Germany, Holland and Australia.
