Chef Anthony comes with over 12 years of working experience in various International 4 & 5 stars hotels in Malaysia and Australia. Good knowledge in Food Safety Management, HACCP concept including Fire Safety and Environment care are some of his strong points. Chef Anthony was also trained in various Customer Care programs including Critical Patient Care and Assessment apart from the Basic Culinary Skill practices.
Along the career path, Chef Anthony had pick up various culinary skill in preparing Continental and Asian cuisines whereby his native specialty Penang cuisine was enhanced. Chef Anthony quest for excellent had brought him various awards and medals thru International and Regional Competitions.
His biggest achievements were winning the Champion for the 1st Penang Chefs Challenge 2004 in Penang and Gold Medals Awards in Xian and Hangzhou, China in 2006
Chef Anthony dedication and persistent in striving for culinary excellences had given him allocates recognition in the state and country whereby he was invited for many Penang Promotions in domestic and internationally such as Ankara, Turkey and Jakarta Indonesia
