Mohamed Bakri fondly known as Chef Bakri had over 20 years of experiences, working in domestic and international Hotels chain. He too had worked in a few Industrial Catering properties. Chef Bakri specializes in Malay / Penang Cuisines including some Penang favorites such Nasi Kandar, Penang Assam Laksa, Pasembor, Daging Rendang Tok and many more local delicacies.
Chef Bakri an active member of Chefs Association of Malaysia, Penang Chapter is heavily involved in performing many Penang Food Promotions in local and oversea, to name a few local Promotions done in Kuala Terengganu, Miri, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka and oversea in Singapore.
Chef Bakri strong taste bud and dedication for excellence food plus magnificent hot culinary cooking skills, couple with a nimble hand in preparing the fine cuisine had brought him, great honor and allocates from all of his patrons and guest. His many year of serving good food had given him the opportunity to meet much great personality such as our past and present Honorable Prime Ministers, Penang Governor, Chief Minister and host of VIPs’.
