Come with over 27 years of culinary experiences working in various hotels (3, 4 & 5 stars properties) and restaurants. Have acquired strong basic western culinary technique from working with various continental chefs along the way and incorporating the Asian inherits that were in-born into the specialized cuisine he presents. Presently he is attached to the health industry, preparing nutritional and healthy diets for the sick and health conscious public.
Chef Peter is actively involve in promoting Ethnic Cuisine especially Nyonya / Strait & Malaysian Cuisine whereby he had participate in many food promotions in many parts of the world.
Chef Peter also had participated in numerous culinary competitions domestic and internationally whereby he has accumulated many awards of excellence “Gold Medal” in his quest for perfection in the culinary field.
During his service in the industry, he had received many commendations and one of them was the “Best Hotel in Asia Pacific1987” award. Chef Peter also holds a Diploma in Professional Chef Training whereby he had internalized his knowledge’s and skills to pass on to many of the chefs which are now working in various hotels and restaurants.
Chef Peter jovial and humble character had makes him a very approachable and well like person.
