During this time, he had compete and also be the panel of judge in many regional and international competitions and had received various awards of excellences and is now a WACS Asia Pacific Approved Judges.
With vast experiences in Chinese & Asian Cuisines, specializing in Cantonese & Penang Peranakan Cuisine. He has strong beliefs in preserving authenticity of our heritage cuisines.
He had developed a special skill in performing “Imperial Noodle Pulling”, “Dragon Beard Candy” and “Fruits & Vegetable Carving” in which he had performed for many dignitaries.
