Our very own Peter Chan were among the 35 men, women and children who volunteered to 'Go Bald for Charity' at the Makan Shiok Shiok charity food and fun fair held at the Jalan D.S. Ramanathan field. Participants get their heads shaved to raise funds for Penang Adventist Hospital's Dr. J. Earl Gardner Fund for poor patients. The campaign itself managed to garner over RM50,000 in donations. Over 30 participants entered the campaign.There were vegetarian and non-vegetarian stalls, a lucky draw and game stalls. Chef Association Malaysia Penang Chapter had a stall serving breakfast set, spaghetti and drinks! Kudos to all the Chefs which participated in this charity event!!!
