This Family Day is open to all members of Chefs Association of Malaysia, Penang Chapter, immediate family members and Associates / Corporate Members only. First come first serve basic.
The crew of each family must consist of at least two (2) and not more than four (4) persons. All participants must complete, sign and submit the Official Entry & Indemnity Form before the event.
All entries must be made on the Official Entry & Indemnity Form provided by CAM,Pg. chapter and will be limited to only 100 members & family only. Closing date: All entries form must reach Our Club House ~ Secretariat (Ms Ooi ~ penangchefs@gmail.com ~ Tel/Fax 04-226 8659) before or on the 09th of OCT 2009, before 5pm.
Free for all active member & immediate family only & RM150 each for non-member.
