Chef Anthony comes with over 12 years of working experience in various International 4 & 5 stars hotels in Malaysia and Australia. Good knowledge in Food Safety Management, HACCP concept including Fire Safety and Environment care are some of his strong points. Chef Anthony was also trained in various Customer Care programs including Critical Patient Care and Assessment apart from the Basic Culinary Skill practices.
